Returns
Hopefully you love everything you have purchased from us at Merch to the Beat, however, if something doesn’t work out, please let us know.
We stand behind the quality of our products and our workmanship, however there are two types of returns.
- The item is defective or damaged
- The item is fine, just unwanted
For both of the above please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. In addition, we do not accept returns on discounted sales (20% or higher) or personalized items.
Defective / Damaged Item(s)
To be eligible for a refund / exchange the item(s) must be unworn and unwashed. Items that appear worn will not be accepted.
In order to begin the refund / exchange process for a defective / damaged item(s) please email us at merchtothebeat@gmail.com, from here we will work with you on the refund / exchange.
Once the return order is received, please allow us up to 3-5 business days to review your items and issue a refund / exchange. It will depend on your bank and payment method on how long it will take to reflect in your account. We have no control over how quickly your bank takes to reflect that money. You will receive an email confirmation that the eligible refund / exchange is being processed.
Unwanted item(s)
For items that just didn’t work out for you, but aren’t defective or damaged we offer the following refund/exchange policy. Merch to the Beat products for your ‘Club’ are custom produced through our print providers.
Each order is unique and printed to order, therefore must be returned with the tag attached to receive a refund / exchange for your order. Since these are exclusive products, each made-to-order, a $15 restocking fee will be deducted per product in addition to the return shipping fee.
